From October 6, 2025, to mark the 145th anniversary of Steiff, the premier plush-toy brand, a teddy bear created in collaboration with JUNKO KOSHINO will go on sale. Founded in Germany in 1880 and renowned for producing the world’s first teddy bear, Steiff presents three special pieces whose bears are dressed in haute couture and prêt-à-porter by JUNKO KOSHINO; they will be shown at “The Great Steiff Exhibition 2025,” held at the Kintetsu Art Museum in the Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store. To commemorate the making of these original limited-edition teddy bears, a talk show by JUNKO KOSHINO will also be held.
