“Osaka Culture and Arts Festival 2019,” which showcases the diverse and rich cultural appeal of Osaka to audiences in Japan and abroad, was held. An entertainment show born of an unusual collaboration — in which the rakugo world of Katsura Bunshi and the fashion of JUNKO KOSHINO inspired and fused with one another — was held at the COOL JAPAN OSAKA TT Hall in Osaka. The audience was captivated by a performance from ORIENTARHYTHM, who also performed at the opening ceremony of the 2019 Rugby World Cup; an original rakugo piece, “Hospital Scene,” by Katsura Bunshi (VI); the Japanese classical dance “Matsu-zukushi”; and the JUNKO KOSHINO FASHION SHOW.
